SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary based on your location. Products are shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders within Georgia are expected to arrive within 14 business days for Tbilisi and major urban areas. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and another email once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Product prices and delivery fees shown do not include any taxes and duties that may be imposed by customs or postal authorities in the destination country. Orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 weeks internationally, though in some cases, delivery may take more time.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES: Import duties and charges are beyond our control and may be applied by the customs authority of your destination. These rules vary, so please consult your respective customs website for more information.

Once your package has left Georgia and arrived in your country, it will be handled by the relevant postal service. You can use the same tracking number provided by Georgian Post for your national service.

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders will be shipped after the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Any available non-pre-order items in your order will be shipped after the production time mentioned in the item's description, and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it becomes available. Please note that we cannot provide exact shipping dates for pre-orders beyond the indicative timeframe displayed on the product information page. We will make every effort to contact you if your order is delayed.

Please note, we cannot cancel any orders.

EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES: Verify your billing and shipping information carefully—once the purchase is finalized, it cannot be changed.

RETURNS:

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

All sale items are final sale. If any items are faulty, please contact us via our customer service email. You will be compensated with store credit or the option to exchange your item.

All faulty items must have tags attached, be unworn, and in their original packaging. We will inspect all items before issuing credit or an exchange.
